Capital Project Description: 1 of the 4 leachate tanks has a hole that has been temporarily patched and will hold for 1-3 years. The tank needs an entire replacement to remain functional. Each tank is designed to hold excess leachate, up to 1M gallons. The remaining 3 tanks also need cleaned out as they are holing excess sludge at the bottom, preventing them from holding the full amount of leachate.
