Capital Project Description: DSWR's Transfer Station (TS) has been in operation since January 2009. Half of the main part of the TS floor was resurfaced in FY22, and again in FY24. The remaining portion of the floor where the transfer trucks enter, and exit has had no repairs in the 14 years of operation. The current state of the floor has a base layer that has deteriorated and is in need of repair to prevent further damage to the layers below. The remaining section of the floor will be worked on in two sections, half in FY26 and the final half in following years, similar to the front portion of the floor.
