Capital Project Description: The Board of Education approved the feasibility study recommendation for a 157,374 gross square feet co-located replacement school, in February 2023. The new co-located school will have educational spaces for an elementary school program, serving grades 3 through 5, and a middle school program, serving grades 6 through 8, entirely separate but co located in one facility. Design for the co-located school is expected to take roughly two years. Following occupancy of the new co-located school building, the existing elementary and middle school buildings will be demolished, followed by the completion of site vehicular circulation, parking, and playfield development.
