Library Facilities x Middletown Library is scheduled for construction completion in FY23 x Linganore Town Center Library is scheduled for construction funding in FY27 x West Frederick Library is scheduled for construction funding in FY25 x North Frederick Library has a study scheduled for FY24 x Completion of an upgrade/replacement to the current library software system is scheduled in FY23 Renovations/Relocations x Courthouse Capacity Improvement Project will address future needs of the court system. Design is funded in FY23 with construction funding in FY25 x Adult Detention Center Courtyard Offices will convert an existing open courtyard into office space that will be used for mental health counselors with tentative construction in FY26 x Work Release Parking Lot Expansion construct an additional parking lot due to increase of vehicles due to Detox services project at the Work Release Center. Construction funding is scheduled in FY24 x Montevue Campus Refueling Station replaces the underground tanks with above ground tanks and other improvements. Residual construction funding is in FY23 x Pine Avenue Maintenance Complex Renovations this project is being defunded and the funding is reallocated to the Oaks St/Himes Ave County facility x Montevue Campus Renovation and Reconfiguration Reconfiguring 331 Montevue Lane to address staffing requirements and also traffic pattersn around the facility. Design funding in FY27 x Animal Control Addition this project will add four additional rooms to the current facility to add additional space for employees and animals. Construction funding is scheduled in FY24 New/Expanded Facilities

x Oak St/Himes Ave County Facility this facility was purchased in FY22 and funding from other defunded CIP projects to build out the facility for other County departments to utilize the building x Public Safety Training Facility Maintenance Shop and Garages this new facility will increase efficiencies in operation for both the Division of Fire and Rescue and Fleet Services. Construction funding is scheduled in FY27

Oak St/Himes Ave expansion of new County facility

x Senior Center Funding to build a County owned Senior Center with design funding scheduled for FY25 x General Acquisition Account the establishment of this account will permit the acquisition of property and facilities based upon opportunities as they arise x Crisis Stabilization Center this project will establish a 24/7 program that is responsive to local behavioral health needs, grounded in a public health framework, and integrated into the behavioral crisis care system in Frederick County. Construction funding is scheduled for FY23 Maintenance Systemics General Various projects are proposed throughout the six year CIP for parking and roadway site improvements, energy management systems maintenance and replacement, roof repairs, HVAC repairs and replacements, and miscellaneous improvements
