Capital Project Description: Rock Creek School provides special education programs for Frederick County students with severe complex medical conditions and severe intellectual, physical, emotional, hearing, vision and learning disabilities from age 3 through 21. The Board of Education approved the Walkersville MS campus as the site for the replacement of Rock Creek School. The replacement school will open by July 2021, with a state rated capacity of 120 students and the county ¶ s first adaptive Park School gymnasium. *Current budget reflects state funding source change only. **The Park School portion of this project is budgeted in PR3501.
