Capital Project Description: Project includes installation of mixing and/or aeration systems in five existing water storage tanks to assist in removal of potential disinfection byproducts. Tanks are Monrovia, East County, Urbana Tank No. 1, Point of Rocks, Nightingale, Jordan and Hannover. Tank improvements are complete for the East County and Urbana tanks, Monrovia is currently under construction. Additional funds are being requested for FY25 & FY26 in case testing indicates the need to add improvements to other tanks.
