Capital Project Description: The primary mission of the Rose Hill Manor Park and Museums is to preserve and present the living heritage of the property. The current Carriage Museum is housed in an outdated Morton building which cannot maintain the proper HVAC levels required for the valuable 18th century carriages that are on permanent loan to Frederick County. This project would provide a new temperature/humidity controlled facility.
