Capital Project Description: This project constructs a building with 15,000 square feet of space for a library branch and 25,000 square feet of space for operations functions for the system (currently housed at the C. Burr Artz location). It will provide library services to the West and North side of Frederick City. It will also serve as the central location for library vehicles and deliveries. Depending on site constraints and topography, a stacked building with separate entrances for each function may be constructed.
