Capital Project Description: As the Prospect Center is renovated and agencies move into the new space, this project would update the spaces vacated by those agencies. Funding for a study to reconfigure spaces. The construction of this project would be phased over a several years as the vacated spaces are updated or refreshed for the backfill of other agency needs. This would include Scott Key Center, Bourne Building, Health Department and Winchester Hall.
