Capital Project Description: A Master Plan was developed for the Public Safety Training Facility, this project moves one element of that plan to fruition. A single driving course, utilized by multiple county agencies, to include a “ Hogan ’ s Alley ” streetscape, a driving training course, and a multitude of other training activities for various apparatus to function effectively at a single location. Currently vehicle training occurs at the Prospect Center parking lots which will be occupied as that facility is improved.
