Capital Project Description: Design and Construct Sewage Pump Stations and associated Sewage Force Mains to replace the Crestview WWTP and the White Rock WWTP. These proposed SPS ’ s will combine their effluent and flow to the Tuscarora Creek Sewer Interceptor where wastewater treatment will be achieved by the Ballenger McKinney WWTP. Thus eliminating the Operating and Maintenance of the two small system WWTP ’ s.
