Capital Project Description: Ensure installation of influent and effluent sewer meters at all wastewater treatment facilities. All of the existing wastewater facilities have effluent meters, but may need to be upgrade to current standards. Some but not all of the existing wastewater facilities have influent meters, or may need to be updated to current standards. The collection of data at these control points will be useful to the understanding of the operations of these systems, as well as aiding the inflow and infiltration studies of the associated collection systems. initial phase = overall assessment of existing WWTPs 4 years for installation.
