Capital Project Description: Project includes construction phase services for the Water Treatment Plant improvements, PFAS treatment and developing a third raw water well. Plant improvements include addition of a filtering systems, ultraviolet disinfection system, fire pumps, back-up emergency power to include well system, upgrade existing 4-inch waterline with an 8-inch, extension of 3-phase power to the WTP, and plant control modifications. Phase 1 = Completion of Construction Phase 2 = addition of 4th well.
