Capital Project Description: Upgrade to existing SCADA system to meet current standards. SCADA is a system to communicate the status of various water and sewer systems so that staff can monitor and operate the various equipment and systems. With newer technology and the addition of data points the existing SCADA system needs to be updated to address the additional data. These improvements are being coordinated with IIT.
