Capital Project Description: Project includes regional studies and efforts to identify I/I sources and recommend sewer system repairs within Frederick County sub-regional sewer basins north of Interstate 70 . Field flow and TV will be collected by DWSU Operations and/or a contractor. The data will be interpreted by DWSU staff and/or a consultant engineer and recommendations prepared for the necessary corrections actions to address the identified I/I issues.
