Capital Project Description: This project will improve the roadway section from Harshman Way south to MD 28. The project includes on construction of street bike lanes, geometric improvements, drainage improvements and other safety upgrades to meet current standards for an arterial roadway. The 2021 ADT at Harshman Way is 3,518 vehicles per day and the 2021 ADT near MD 28 is 4,072 vehicles per day. Construction could be completed in multiple phases depending on outcome of preliminary study.
