Construction is funded in FY26 x Taney Avenue Senior Center Renovation – will include the replacement and/or upgrade of the HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, which will require renovations throughout the facility. Design is funded in FY29 x Extension Service Building Renovation – will renovate and install safety updated with design funded in FY31 x Montevue Warehouse Complex – will retrofit approximately 9,650 square feet to maximize efficient use. Construction funding is scheduled in the out years Maintenance Systemics – General - Various projects are proposed throughout the six-year CIP for parking and roadway site improvements, energy management systems maintenance and replacement, roof repairs, HVAC repairs and replacements, and miscellaneous site improvements and modifications New/Expanded Facilities x Prospect Center Building Acq & Build Out – this facility was purchased in FY22. Funding to build out the facility for other County departments to utilize the building including a new 911 Center. Construction funding is scheduled for FY25-28 x Public Safety Training Facility Maintenance Shop and Garages – this new facility will increase efficiencies in operation for both the Division of Fire and Rescue and Fleet Services. Construction funding is scheduled in FY30 x East County Senior Center – this project will build a County owned Senior Center with design funding scheduled for FY28 x Brunswick Senior Center – this project has design funding in FY26 for a senior center in Brunswick x Montevue Senior Living – this project will construct a multi-level senior living facility with approximately eighty four units, with accommodations for independent living, parking, and a potential community center. Design is funded in FY29 IIT Systemic Projects : The County is making every effort to keep up with technological change. Toward that end, the CIP includes the following projects: x LAN/WAN –The cyclical replacement and upgrade of old technology used in the computer network that connects numerous buildings and services 4,000 workstations x Security / Disaster Recovery – Hardware and Software used for the ongoing enhancement of the security and disaster recovery capability of the County’s information technology systems x Enterprise Software - The cyclical replacement and upgrade of server and desktop operating system and office automation software x Enterprise Hardware - The cyclical replacement and upgrade of servers and storage hardware Other Technology Projects x Enterprise GIS – Continued development of the County’s Geographical Information System is scheduled: Roadway Imaging and Orthophotography updates x Financial Systems – Continued enhancements and upgrades to the current financial related software x Land Management - Completed a major upgrade in FY20 and then continued enhancements and upgrades to the software annually x Enterprise Asset Management – Implementing software that will provide functionality for the maintenance of the County's facilities, such as administrative buildings, water and sewer plants, parks, and will allow scheduling of work orders, inventory of supplies, and track preventative maintenance schedules x Public Safety Tech Integration & Modernization Project (PSTIM) – Support public safety systems and funding source for DFRS and IIT Public Safety supported law enforcement agencies Mobile Date Terminals (MDT) replacement and refresh x Video Services On-going Replacement/Upgrade – Continued enhancements and upgrades to the video related software/hardware
