Capital Project Description: This project will improve the portion of Yellow Springs Road between the Frederick City limits and Mountainview Drive. This project will including a new traffic signal at the intersection with Clover Hill Drive, sidewalks from the signal to the City limits, and road widening to include a center turn lane and paved shoulders to support an on-street bike way, drainage improvements and other safety upgrades. The 2023 ADT on this portion of Yellow Springs Road was 12,633 vehicles per day.
