Capital Project Description: During 2018, an assessment of Treasury ’ s space located on the 1st floor of 30 N. Market Street indicated that ballistic glass and more secure doors should be a top priority for the Treasury area due to the cash handling function performed on a daily basis. Installation of ballistic glass will address the security concern, while also maintaining positive aesthetics. The scope of work also includes the main counter for Permits & Planning.
