Capital Project Description: The Visual & Performing Arts Building contains the JBK Theater with support spaces, art gallery, music classrooms and labs, ceramics classrooms with kiln and support spaces, art classrooms, general classroom, and offices. The building is in fair condition. Due to its age, the interior finishes and many program spaces are beyond useful life and require replacement. The Facility Program Part I and Part II for this project will be established as part of the College ten-year Facilities Master Plan update, in spring 2023.
