Capital Project Description: This program provides funds for new signal construction, signal modification, and other traffic control treatments, as well as limited road improvements to address safety and efficiency needs along County roads and at County-controlled intersections. Funds may be used for signal construction and/or modification at State-County intersections in accordance with State Highway Administration cost-sharing agreements. Project locations will be identified through the Traffic and Permit Section's Safety Program
