Capital Project Description: This historic pony-truss bridge was last rehabilitated in 2003. The 2021 ADT at the bridge is 25 vehicles per day. The structure is posted at 28,000 lbs for single and combination units and is located on a dead end road. Most emergency apparatus cannot utilize the bridge due to the weight restriction. In order to provide adequate emergency services, the project anticipates a partial structure replacement to provide adequate weight capacity. This bridge project has been identified as a high priority by the Division of Fire and Rescue.
