The Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center of Frederick and Montevue Assisted Living Facility are Frederick County's premier skilled nursing and assisted living centers. Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center is a 172 bed skilled nursing facility offering state of the art rehabilitative services. Its guiding principle is to provide outstanding and innovative healthcare in an environment that remembers the importance of the individual and family. Established in 1870, Montevue Assisted Living is a licensed assisted living facility offering private rooms for 75 residents. Montevue has a long history of providing excellent care to the senior citizens it serves following a mission to pursue the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of the health and well-being of its residents. Montevue offers services to both indigent and private pay residents.
