Office of Communications & Public Engagement Mission Statement To engage and inform the people we serve, through direct communications and by telling the stories of Frederick County Government. The Office of Communications & Public Engagement performs three major functions: Constituent Services, Public Affairs, and Video Services. Each function is designed to reach the people who live and work in Frederick County. The Office uses both internal and external channels, such as social media, FCG TV programming, news releases, FCG FixIt, and public

$ ( &* $ within the Executive Branch. The Office provides television coverage of public meetings by the County Council and numerous boards and commissions.
