Capital Project Description: FCPL's contract for its Integrated Library System ends December 31, 2021. The Department is looking at a possible migration to a new vendor at that time. In addition to a software migration, the hardware associated will need to be replaced as it is nearing end of life, is not PCI compliant, and will not be compatible with an upgrade in software. CIP Request: to Replace Integrated Library System (update 2020 with new funding amounts) Description/Justification: FCPL's contract for its Integrated Library System ends on December 31, 2021. The Department is looking at a possible migration to a new vendor at that time. In addition to software migration, the hardware associated will need to be replaced as it is nearing the end of life, is not PCI compliant, and will not be compatible with an upgrade in software. An increased amount of funding is being requested for FY22 based on an increase in the cost to replace hardware. FY23 Update Request CIP - increase amount of funding is being requested for FY23 based on firewall upgrade required as part of ILS project.
