Capital Project Description: Addressing space limitations at the Frederick County Courthouse was a priority identified in the 2013 Countywide Synergy and Efficiency Concept Plan, and the Administrative Office of the Court's Workload Analysis for FY2015 confirmed the need for additional Circuit Court space. This project renovates approximately 50,000 sq.ft. inside the Courthouse, based the anticipation of certain agencies leaving the facility. Modifications to the landscaped entrance plaza are also included.
