Capital Project Description: This project implements the proposals developed by the County ¶ s Drainage Assessment and Response Team to improve the management and resolution of drainage issues reported to the County; reduce the number of drainage issues reported to the County; and reinforce a proactive approach to dealing with the stormwater consequences of climate change. It establishes a Drainage Systemic Program that is overseen by a project manager with appropriate expertise.
