Capital Project Description: This project provides design and construction funds for recommended retrofits of new and existing best management practices identified in Watershed Assessments. The subprojects identified under this project are locations where there is little to no stormwater runoff control, where the County can receive impervious surface credit as part of the NPDES MS4 Permit requirements, and where the impervious surface credit return on investment is maximized. Subprojects anticipated to be completed include facilities within the New Market West, Sam Hill Estates HOA, Robin's Meadow, Briercrest, Spring Ridge, Spring Dale, and the Greens subdivisions.
