General Government

Renovations/Relocations x Courthouse Capacity Improvement Project – will address future needs of the court system. A feasability study is funded in FY22 with tentative construction in FY25 x Montevue Campus Refueling Station – replaces the underground tanks to upground and other improvements. Construction funding is scheduled for FY22 x PSTF Parking - expands the parking lot for the facility's employees and its visitors. Construction funding is in FY21 x PSTF Training Building – this project has partial state funding and will allow for a larger indoor training facility including possible apparatus training. Construction funding is in FY21 x Animal Control Addition – this project would add four additional rooms to the current facility to add additonal space for employees and animals. Construction funding is scheduled in FY25 x Montevue Campus Renovation and Reconfiguration – Reconfiguring 331 Montevue Lane to address staffing requirements and also traffic patterns around the facility. Design funding in FY26

x Pine Avenue Maintenance Complex Renovations - renovatates the shop areas, improves the existing administration and expands the truck storage area. Parking lot resurfacing will occur at the conclusion of the project. Construction funding is in FY21 x Work Release Parking Lot Expansion – construct an additional parking lot due to increase of vehicles due to Detox services project at the Work Release Center. Construction funding is scheduled in FY24

Health Department Parking Expansion-Construction funding in FY18

New/Expanded Facilities x Public Safety Training Facility Maintenance Shop and Garages – this new facility will increase efficiencies in operation for both the Division of Fire and Rescue and Fleet Services. Construction funding is scheduled in FY25

Maintenance Systemics – General - Various projects are proposed throughout the six-year CIP for parking and roadway site improvements, energy management systems maintenance and replacement, roof repairs, HVAC repairs and replacements, and miscellaneous improvements

IIT Systemic Projects : The County is making every effort to keep up with technological change. Toward that end, the CIP includes the following projects: x LAN/WAN –The cyclical replacement and upgrade of old technology used in the computer network that connects 41 buildings and services 1,800 workstations x Security / Disaster Recovery – Hardware and Software used for the ongoing enhancement of the security and disaster recovery capability of the County’s information technology systems x Enterprise Software Licenses - The cyclical replacement and upgrade of server and desktop operating system and office automation software x Enterprise Hardware - The cyclical replacement and upgrade of servers and storage hardware
