Compliance x Adopt and submit a Solid Waste Management Plan to the State of Maryland on a bi-annual basis x Operate and maintain public water systems that are in compliance with Federal Safe Drinking Water Act requirements to protect the health and safety of the public x Operate wastewater treatment plants that are in compliance with Federal Clean Water Act requirements and Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR) goals established by the State of Maryland to safeguard our regional water resources Reliability x Deliver full life- F\FOH XVH RI WKH 'LYLVLRQ¶V DVVHWV WKURXJK effective preventative and recurring maintenance

x Plan, design and ensure construction of all County-owned water, sanitary sewer and solid waste infrastructure to standards that maximize reliability and longevity Customer Service x Provide efficient, timely installation, reading and repair of residential and non-residential (commercial) water meters x Offer all of WKH 'LYLVLRQ¶V UDWH -paying customers professional, high quality customer service.
