About The Division The Unassigned Divisional Unit is a combination of different departments across different funds that are not otherwise assigned a division.

Budget Highlights This divisional unit is a combination of many departments across several different funds. In FY25, the Risk Management Insurance fund was renamed (previously Worker’s Compensation). While still an internal service fund, it now includes property, liability, and various other insurance policies. Sever al of the Special Revenue Funds - Capital (as they relate to the Unassigned divisional unit) have decreases related to transfers to the Capital Fund and specific phases of capital projects.
