Capital Projects Fund

Capital Projects Fund A special revenue fund administered by the County to collect revenues enacted for the specific purpose of funding capital projects. Frederick County Government has one capital projects fund with an adopted budget. This budget is referred to as the Capital Budget and represents the first year of the six-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
