Internal Service Funds

Internal Service Funds A fund administered by the County to achieve economy of scale and operating efficiencies by grouping like projects and costs. These funds do not have adopted budgets but are shown for information purposes.

Frederick County Government has four internal service funds:

Fleet Services Voice Services Risk Management Insurance (previously Worker’s Compensation) Health Insurance
