105 One (1) New Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor position to oversee all aspects of the Division's safety program. 106 One (1) Project Manager position to manage the increasing number of water and sewer projects in the CIP. 107 Two (2) Distribution System Operator positions to increase preventative maintenance activities and manage water quality through flushing and the collection of water quality samples. 108 Upgrade a scheduled FY26 vehicle replacement from a single axle to tandem axle dump truck, which will increase volume and weight capacity, as well as reduce the number of trips required. 109 Summer Engineering Intern position to assist with projects and provide valuable experience for engineering students. 110 Floating cover to reduce algal growth in the post aeration tank to reduce cleaning frequency and improve effluent water quality. 111 Variable frequency drives for two utility water pumps to optimize facility operations and reduce energy and maintenance costs. 112 A flowmeter to better measure and monitor the flow of methanol that reduces nitrogen in secondary treatment. 113 Upgrade a scheduled FY26 vehicle replacement to add an extended cab to store safety equipment and protective gear. 114 Upgrade a scheduled FY26 vehicle replacement from a F250 without a plow to a F350 with a plow so that vehicle can be used for snow removal activities at various facilities. 115 A new fleet‐owned vehicle for the Water Meter Maintenance Supervisor position who has been using a small SUV that is also used for automated meter reading, so it is not always available when needed. Additional storage space is also needed for equipment.
