Opioid Abatement

Opioid Abatement This fund accounts for proceeds related to the opioid settlement with the nation’s three major pharmaceutical distributors. Starting in calendar year 2022, these funds will be passed through the State to the County for eighteen years and will be appropriated for the purpose of opioid crisis abatement. The funds are currently being used to support the Crisis Stabilization Center.

Budget Highlights The FY26 Proposed Budget is consistent with the FY25 Adopted Budget.
