37 Administration: One (1) part‐time Civil Process Deputy position to assist in an increased number of evictions. 38 Law Enforcement: Computer software increase to continue the investigative software programs currently used. 39 Court House Security: Courthouse radio by‐directional amplifier (repeater) and antenna. 40 Law Enforcement: One (1) additional Body‐Worn Camera Data Management Analyst position for additional support. Reclassify two existing Admin Specialist I positions to two Data Management Specialist positions for support. (Note: only reclassification proposed, not an FTE) 41 Law Enforcement: To add one unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) or drone. 42 Law Enforcement: Increase in training costs for recruits due to fee increases and increases in the number of recruits. 43 Law Enforcement: Increase in contract services for attorney fees for representation at trial boards, as required. 44 Law Enforcement: Increase in the part time Fingerprint Technicians funding (Note: off‐set by revenue for services) 45 One (1) Assistant State's Attorney Felony Prosecutor in the Special Victim Unit due to the increase of Sex Abuse of Minor and physical abuse cases, and an increase in reported rapes from young adults. 46 One (1) Assistant State's Attorney Violent Crimes Prosecutor position to specialize and focus on organized violent crimes due to the increased requirements of search warrant applications. 47 Requesting two (2) Fleet owned replacement vehicles for the Alcoholic Beverage Inspectors to perform inspections and investigations for the several hundred licenses and per‐diem licenses a year. 48 Establish an overtime budget for enforcement administrative staff and inspectors who are expected to be on call if an alcohol related issue arises in the field. 49 One (1) Surgery Coordinator position for managing all surgery operations; overseeing controlled dangerous substances, scheduling of procedures, surgery preparations, monitoring vital signs, anesthesia, and support components to ensure quality procedures and compliance with regulations. 50 A one‐time infusion of resources into the Housing Initiative Fund (HIF) to expand current programs (homebuyer down payment assistance, the deferred loan program, housing rehab program, etc.) and provide additional opportunities to connect low income families to accessible, and affordable housing.
