Capital Project Description: The renovation of the Citizen Care and Rehabilitation Center (CCRC) and the Montevue Assisted Living Facility (MALF) focuses on converting the second floor of the MALF from an Assisted Living (I-1) occupancy to a Skilled Nursing (I-2) occupancy. The space usage conversion will require modifications to room layouts, hallways, and common spaces. In addition to the renovation of the second floor of the MALF, a full-system evaluation of the existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, and fire suppression and fire alarm systems will be conducted. Information gathered from the evaluation will then be used to complete upgrades and make repairs to deficiencies found during the evaluation. Incidental work will occur on the first floor of the MALF to accommodate changes made to the second floor and to accommodate minor upgrades to the existing office space.
