Capital Project Description: This project involves the annual purchase and/or relocation of portable classrooms. There are currently 109 county owned regular portable classrooms, one 4-classroom state-owned unit, and 44 additional county-owned portable buildings in use as Resource, Pull-out, Office, Rest Rooms, Cafeteria, Storage, or Specials spaces. Since many of these units are over 30 years old, a portion of the budget is identified to replace existing portables. The budgeted amounts may change from year to year depending upon enrollment growth and status of school overcrowding. **Prior budget is in separate project numbers**
