Capital Project Description: The Board of Education approved the feasibility study recommendation for a co-located replacement school, in February 2023. The new co-located school will have educational spaces for an elementary school program, serving grades 3 through 5, and a middle school program, serving grades 6 through 8, entirely separate but co-located in one facility. Design for the co-located school is expected to take roughly two years. Following occupancy of the new co-located school building, anticipated to open in the fall of 2027, the existing elementary and middle school buildings will be demolished, followed by the completion of site vehicular circulation, parking, and playfield development.
