Capital Project Description: The transfer station at DSWR had half of the floor resurfaced in FY22. This request is for the other half of the floor to be resurfaced. This portion of the floor is original and has been operated on since January 2009 without any repairs. The wear layer of the floor has deteriorated, and the base layer is in need of repair to prevent further damage beyond the base layer.
