x Reich’s Ford Road - This project will primarily focus on the existing two lane road from Bartonsville Road to Ijamsville Road to meet the County standards for a collector or modified collector road per the current comprehensive plan and to upgrade/replace two bridges over Bush Creek. Design funding is scheduled in FY27

x Yeagertown Road – The project will upgrade the existing tar and chip surface and serve future traffic growth. Construction funding is scheduled in FY29 x White Rock Subdivision Improvements – This project proposes pavement rehabilitation, sidewalk reconstruction to ADA standards, drainage improvements, and curb and gutter replacement. Construction funding is scheduled in FY25 x Braddock Heights Improvements – This project will include improvements to several streets within the Braddock Heights community. Construction funding is scheduled in FY27 x Artie Kemp Road – This project will improve a section of the

road to include pavement reconstruction, realignment, slope stabilization, drainage and installation of a retaining wall and guardrail. Construction funding is scheduled in FY26 x Michaels Mill Road – This project will provide rehabilitation of an existing section to include road widening, drainage and installation of a retaining wall and guardrail. Construction funding is scheduled in FY26 x Old National Pike Corridor – This project will improve the roadway from Bartholows Road east to the Mount Airy town limits. The project includes construction of on-street bike lanes, geometric improvements, drainage improvements and other safety upgrades. A study is scheduled in FY29, with design funding scheduled in FY30 x Ballenger Creek Pike Corridor – This project will improve the roadway section from Elmer Derr Road south to MD 28 in Point of Rocks. The project includes construction of on-street bike lanes, geometric improvements, drainage improvements and other safety upgrades. A study is scheduled in FY30, with design and construction funding scheduled in the out years x New Design Road Corridor – This project will improve the roadway section from Harshman Way south to MD 28. The project includes construction of on-street bike lanes, geometric improvements, drainage improvements and other safety upgrades. A study and design funding are scheduled in the out years x Improvements to Urbana Pike – This project is for improvements to Urbana Pike between Sprigg Street and Urbana Church Road (South). The project includes sidewalk installation, drainage improvements, pavement reconstruction, parking improvements and traffic calming. A study is scheduled for FY27, with design funding in FY28 x Bethel Road Improvements – This project will improve a 1,700-foot section of Bethel Road to include installation of closed storm drain and associated road modifications with the removal of deep ditches along the way. A study is scheduled for FY28, with design funding in FY29 x Mountville Road Streetscape – This project is for improvements to Mountville Road between Cherry Lane and Adamstown Common Drive. The project will include sidewalk installation and/or improvements, drainage improvements and utility relocation to bring this section of road up to local street standards. Design funding is scheduled for FY25, with construction funding in FY26 x Elmer Derr Road Realignment – This project will improve portions of Elmer Derr Road and Cap Stine Road and connect the Mount Zion interchange on US15/340 with the Ballenger Creek Pike/English Muffin Way roundabout. This project includes construction of on-street bike lanes, geometric improvements, drainage improves and other safety upgrades. A study is scheduled for FY29, with design and construction funding in the out years x Yellow Springs Road Improvements – This project will improve the portion of Yellow Springs Road between the Frederick City limits and Mountainview Drive. This project will include a new traffic signal at the intersection with Clover Hill Drive, sidewalk installation, road widening, drainage improvements and other safety upgrades. Design funding is scheduled for FY30, with construction funding in the out years Reich’s Ford Road
