Capital Project Description: This new fire station will be built in accordance with the Division of Fire Rescue's program for the construction of a Sub Station sized fire station. The site for this fire station is located in the Jefferson Tech development, and is located off Fair Oaks Drive off Rt. 180 Gas House Pike. The Jefferson Tech Fire Station will be similar to the program used for the Green Valley Fire Station replacement with a net of circulation square footage of 14,825 or 17,140 gross square footage. This fire station will consist of 4 pull-through apparatus bays and operational/living area. Approximately 3.0 acres of land is in the process of being deeded to the County by the developers of this sub-division.
