Capital Project Description: In FY24, remaining funding from Annapolis Hall renovations will be transferred to a new systemic project to modernize the space in the Carl and Norma Miller Children's Center to adapt the space to a new delivery model. The goal of this CIP proposal is to support and enhance student learning environments, improve student success, address maintenance & renovation needs, and promote curb appeal and beautification of the College through the establishment of a best practices model for maintaining College assets. The ongoing need to address critical deficiencies in life safety and ADA accessibility, as well as other repair, replacement, and maintenance needs of the College physical assets, are part of a college-wide plan that would continue from FY24 through FY29. **Prior Budget is tracked in a separate project**
