Frederick Community College The Frederick County Comprehensive Plan does not directly address Frederick Community College (FCC) facility needs. The College has a Master Plan which projects campus needs over a long term period. x Wellness Center Addition/Renovation (Bldg D) – renovation of the existing building along with an addition would address the necessary life safety and ADA issues as well as provide additional general education classrooms, formal and informal student and team support spaces, improved locker room facilities, and faculty, staff and coaching office areas. Funding for construction is scheduled in FY29 and the out years x Annapolis Hall-Renovation- The remaining balance funding is being transferred to the FCC systemics CIP project for modernization of space at the Carol and Norma Miller Children’s Center to adapt the space to a new delivery model. Funds transferred in FY24

x Plant Operations Building (Bldg P) – will provide refurbishing of plant operations building that houses work bays with overhead doors and office space for plant operations staff. Funding for construction is scheduled in FY25 and FY26

x Visual & Performing Arts Renovation (Bldg F) – will provide update to interior finishes and some replacements to the JBK Theater, music classrooms, art classrooms, art gallery, ceramics classrooms and support spaces. Design funding is scheduled for FY27 and funding for construction is scheduled in FY29 and the out years

x Technology Upgrade – Funding is every fiscal year FY24-FY29 for upgrades to PeopleSoft Student, HR and Finance software systems

x Classroom Technology Upgrades – Provides funding to upgrade classroom technology in buildings not being totally renovated. Funding in every fiscal year FY24-FY29

x FCC Systemics – Renovations to maintain buildings and grounds. Funding in every fiscal year FY24-FY29
