Bridge No. F04-02. This project involves the rehabilitation of the existing covered bridge on Old Frederick Road over Owens Creek. The bridge was built in 1889, reconstructed in 1994 with span length of 90 feet. This project will clean and paint the siding, install a new roof, install new stringers and repair any damages that have happened over the last several years to restore to original design and material. The 2021 ADT at Bridge is 822 vehicles per day.
