Citizens Services Division The Frederick County Commission on Disabilities is also enthusiastically served by this Department, with the goal of providing information about programs and services in our community to people with disabilities. Our staff responds promptly to inquiries and calls for assistance, and participates in all Commission meetings, events, programs and activities.
