Continue to work in partnership with the County Executive, the County Council, the Planning Commission and other governmental and non-governmental agencies on the successful implementation of the Livable Frederick Master Plan via the adoption of area and functional plans. By the close of calendar year 2022, facilitate the adoption of the Sugarloaf Treasured Landscape Area Plan, the South Frederick Corridors Plan, and the 2022 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan.
County Strategic Goal Alignment: Continue Implementation of the New Land Management 'Infor' Software Growth Continue with the implementation of the IPS software program in collaboration with the Division of Interagency Information Technology and all affected agencies.

Successful implementation will reduce reliance on paper-based reviews and document storage; improve document management and tracking; and, improve public interaction while providing a significantly faster and more efficient service for our customers.
Division Initiatives &RQWLQXDOO\ ,PSURYH WKH &RXQW\¶V 3XEOLF Processes for Which We Are Responsible
Periodically review and initiate changes to notification procedures, web pages, social media and signage requirements to improve transparency and visibility. Promote good public process through the timely provision of location specific information on projects of importance to local communities, neighborhoods and citizens. Continue to work with the recently filled Communications Manager position within the Division to assist with expanded virtual and in-person public interactions on matters related to: implementation of the Livable Frederick Master Plan; economic development project advancement; and, other initiatives of the Division. Additionally, promote equity and inclusion efforts and the engagement of the Divisions initiatives across all communities in the County.
