Capital Project Description: A value-added agricultural facility will help Frederick County farmers process local products through a cooperative. This could include meat processing, dairy processing (liquid milk and other dairy products,) a commercial kitchen for education and product testing, and other processing areas for fruits, vegetables, wool or fiber, and offer cold storage. Frederick County would like to conduct a feasibility study with input from the County's Agriculture Value -Added Workgroup.
