Capital Project Description: This second phase of development will include construction of new facilities such as picnic shelters, basketball courts, tennis/pickle ball courts, converting natural grass Fields 4 & 5 into synthetic turf multipurpose fields with lighting, athletic field lighting for baseball Fields 3 & 6, playgrounds, volleyball courts, two restrooms, an amphitheater, paved hike/bike trail, landscaping, roads and parking lots. Project will also include replacement of existing (Phase I development) water vaults and valves, mister poles, water fountains, shelter/roadway/parking lot lights to LED, and trash cans. Additional phases will be determined in future CIP requests.
